Our Policy

At Hue & Home Atelier, each artwork is created with intention, originality, and a deep respect for craftsmanship. The following policies ensure clarity, transparency, and a seamless experience for every collector.

Authenticity & Originality

All artworks created by Hue & Home Atelier are original pieces and are not replicated or copied from existing works. Each piece is a reflection of the artist’s unique process and creative direction.

Every artwork is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, verifying its originality and value as a collectible.

Commissions & Pre-Orders

All commissioned artworks and pre-orders require a structured payment process:

A 50% advance payment is required to initiate the artwork.
The remaining 50% must be cleared prior to dispatch/delivery.

Once the artwork is ready for shipment, clients will be provided with a tracking link/system to monitor delivery in real time.

Work on commissions will only begin once the advance payment has been received.

Creative Process & Artistic Freedom

While we collaborate closely with clients on commissioned pieces, Hue & Home Atelier retains full creative direction over the final outcome. This ensures that every piece aligns with the artistic integrity and signature style of the studio.

Production Timelines

Each artwork is handcrafted and requires time and attention to detail. Estimated timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation. Delays, if any, will be communicated proactively.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

All artworks are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Advance payments for commissions and pre-orders are non-refundable, as work begins immediately upon confirmation.
Orders cannot be cancelled once the production process has started.

Shipping & Handling

We ensure that every artwork is packaged with utmost care to preserve its quality and condition.

Shipping timelines vary based on location and will be shared upon dispatch.
Hue & Home Atelier is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will assist in tracking and resolution where possible.

Damages

In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged:

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Share clear images of the packaging and the artwork.

We will assess the situation and provide a suitable resolution.

Intellectual Property

All artworks remain the intellectual property of Hue & Home Atelier. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of the artwork or its imagery without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
